At Suzies, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
